Construction Management

When I began my academic journey in architecture, I knew I wanted to complement my major with a relevant minor. After completing my internship and engaging in conversations with experienced architects, I decided to pursue a minor in construction management. This choice resonated with me as it would not only deepen my understanding of the construction process but also equip me with the skills to effectively collaborate with all parties involved in an architectural project.

The project showcased below is a testament to the practical application of my knowledge in both architecture and construction management. This semester-long group project, completed in collaboration with Robert Rosenberg and Marco Silva, involved developing a comprehensive construction plan for a single-family home located in Denver. Our responsibilities encompassed creating a work breakdown summary, scheduling, cost analysis, and more, ultimately demonstrating our ability to manage various aspects of a construction project.
